we spent this last week-end in utah with some good friends of ours. greg and his friend shawn work for a company based out of salt lake city so greg and I and shawn and his wife, hilary, decided to go to the holiday party and make a fun little week-end out of it. we must have done something right by the snowpeople because we couldn't have asked for a better winter wonderland! it snowed the morning we arrived so all of the trees were flocked with snow and the sun was out for the entire week-end. we went to park city on saturday to sight see, take some pics and have some lunch and we all agreed that we should go back. my vote is to return for this or this.
in the airport on the way home yesterday I picked up this book I've been SO anxious to read and can hardly put it down and I highly, highly recommend it.
now, we're just enjoying these lazy days at home filled with music, movies, food, reading and friends and of course loving thoughts of our families.
